Our puppies are sold to loving family homes only. Most our Puppies are sold strictly on Non-Breeding contracts, Unless we are selling a particular puppy to approved Buyers with breeding rights your puppy must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age.
We do NOT let our English Bulldog puppies go to homes where they would live outside or in a garage.
We do NOT place our puppies to the first buyer that asks to adopt one of our puppies. All potential new puppy owners are screened properly for suitability.
We will NOT place our English bulldog puppies in homes that have a large number of other dogs,as our Bulldogs crave individual love and attention.
We will NOT Place our English bulldog puppies in homes where they will be kept in crates/cages all the time. However we do believe a crate is a wonderful tool for potty training and a safe place for your Bully to sleep at night.

VICTORY BULLDOGS GUARANTEE Your puppy comes with a 1 year genetic health guarantee, Vet screened, Current vaccinations and De-wormed. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from any visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING Congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.
Your puppy is being sold as a Pet Companion ONLY. Your puppy must be Spayed or Neutered no later than 12 months of age and only once we receive proof of the spay or Neuter will the registration papers follow. If we find our your puppy has been used for breeding court action will follow with a $5000.00 penitently.
A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 10 days of the purchase to validate this guarantee, if there is a problem our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. Their will be no Cash refunds unless we cannot offer a replacement puppy within 6 months only then will a cash refund be provided. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within the 10 days of purchase, we, the seller, assumes no further responsibility. Buyer agrees to keep shots and worming schedules up to date - Failure to do so can be fatal to your puppy.
Puppies that are shipped are at risk to Coccidia and kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking up you need to be aware of this.
We must be notified at once at the onset of a problem. With a report from the veterinarian if the puppy is to have a LIFE THREATENING Congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to us. If the pup is not returned within 48 hours it is to be considered that the owner wishes to keep the ill dog and the breeder will be free of any further health warranty. This guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
There are Short term conditions such as hook worm, round worm, Coccidia, Giardia etc.. Fleas, Small scratches or bites from other pups that are not covered. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors and some of which are common in English bulldogs like allergies, dry nose,tear staining, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, Follicults, Skin Acne and other Immune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee such as Cherry eyes, Entropium (rolling of the eyelids), Umbilical and Inguinal Hernia,Elongated soft paletes, stegnotic nares (narrow nasel opening) which cause heavy breathing and snorting in short snubbed breeds abd us a direct cause of Brahcephalic upper-airway syndrom and lastly laxating pallet of the knee caps.
Parvo is only covered if it breaks within four days of leaving the breeder, in Case of parvo as full refund will be given, All medical vet bills are responsibility of the new owners and Victory bulldogs is not responsible. Please do not take your puppy out in public places unless absolutely necessary until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by any veterinarian) this ensures immunity against diseases.
Picking up a bulldog by their front paws or legs or rough pulling on their legs can easily cause dislocation of the puppies hips or legs, So please be careful when your puppy is around children, Always supervise children with dogs of any age or breed for theirs and the puppies safety. The Puppy is warranted for only being a family pet. This contract is only valid between the original buyer and is not transferable. If for any reason you Cannot Keep your new puppy, Allergies, Etc... Victory Bulldogs is to be notified immediately so we can start to look for a suitable new home.
